A qualified Dru Yoga teacher, I founded YogaWorks with Sophie to use my unique skill set to help enhance the wellbeing of as many people as possible.
As well as a yoga practitioner I am also a qualified specialist nurse in occupational health, with over twenty years experience of supporting staff with work-related health issues.
I’ve spent many years advising managers in a variety of workplaces including the NHS, local authority and higher education, in relation to all aspects of the health of their staff. From those doing desk-based jobs to staff undertaking very physically demanding roles.
This puts me in the unique position of having a great understanding of the psychology of work and the common physical conditions that can arise in different occupations.
I provide yoga sessions that enable employees to develop awareness and skills to better manage and maintain their mental and physical health, giving you a happier work team, improved productivity and less absenteeism.
